Webhook
Triggered for every mint when it reaches RESERVE_CHECK_REQUESTED, right after the layer1:issuance:order:status-changed webhook for that status. Burns have no reserve check.
Check that your reserve covers the current supply plus the mint amount, then answer with POST /issuance/v1/orders/{orderId}/actions: CONFIRM_RESERVE to mint, or REJECT with your reason. The mint waits until you answer.
The webhook can be delivered more than once with a different eventId. Answering again is harmless: an order you already answered returns 409.
