Query point-in-time balances
POST/digital/v1/balance-queries
Retrieves point-in-time balance state for a bounded list of resource IDs. ADDRESS and POOL queries are supported. ADDRESS IDs that are not found or not accessible return 404. POOL IDs are tenant-filtered by the snapshot query; missing or inaccessible POOL IDs return a result entry with an empty balances array.
