Stablecoin issuance is in early access, so this endpoint and its fields may change as the feature evolves. Check this page for updates before you build on it, and contact your Account Manager if you need help.
Creates a stablecoin token in DRAFT status.
Your Account Manager sets up your stablecoin with you, so you don't usually need this endpoint.
Requires the layer1:issuance:token:edit scope.
