Fires once the incoming currency has been converted into the beneficiary wallet currency. Flagged TBC in the source migration doc: whether this stays a distinct event, or is folded entirely into payment:v3:payin:status-change, is not yet confirmed by engineering. The data shape below matches the source doc's own worked example and is identical to the payin resource shape used by payment:v3:payin:status-change.
