Provide information for a held payment

/compliance/v1/information-requests/{externalId}/actions

Submits originator information for a crypto payment held under the Travel Rule, identified by the information request externalId. Use this endpoint to assign an originator (contact) to payments that appear in the Missing Contacts queue of the Portal.

The payment can be a direct crypto deposit, a channel transaction, or a crypto payment (MPS), as identified in the corresponding bvnk:compliance:v1:information-request webhook.

Entity-specific requirements

The contact service currently has different externalId requirements depending on the entity type:

• INDIVIDUAL: externalId is required.
• COMPANY: externalId is optional.
