Simulate incremental authorization

/card/v1/simulated-incremental-authorizations

Changes the authorized amount of a previously simulated authorization, as happens when a merchant adjusts a hold (for example, a hotel or fuel pre-authorization). Only available in the sandbox environment.

Set amount to the new total authorized amount.
