Assign Contact to Merchant Channel

/api/v2/channel/{uuid}/assign-contact

Assigns a contact to a merchant channel by updating the compliance data on its address. Accepts either an existing contactId, or inline complianceDetails.partyDetails which will be used to create a new internal contact hidden from the UI.
