Create channel

/payment/v3/channels

Creates a reusable deposit channel: a persistent address (or set of addresses, one per accepted network) that a customer can pay into any number of times. A channel has no amount and no conversion; those exist only on the individual channel payins that arrive through it. Status stays OPEN until the merchant closes it.
